Steel Repair Sleeves

PipeServ steel reinforced sleeves are designed per AS2885/ ANSI/ASME PCC-2 standards and are easy and quick to install on gas and liquid pipelines in operation, with or without welding to the pipeline. These include “Type A Sleeves”, “Type B Sleeves”, “Epoxy Filled Steel Repair Sleeves” and “Special Designs” to encapsulate temporary repair clamps, flanges, valves, nozzles or ancillary fittings. Our design and materials undergo a Finite Element Analysis to ensure their functionality when installed.
