Our Projectile Cleaning System employs mechanical tools such as projectiles, bullets, darts, scrapers, and pigs to remove deposits. This low-pressure cleaning method is not only safer than high-pressure water blasting but also significantly faster, enabling our technicians to clean 450-500 tubes per hour.
For tougher deposits, we also utilise rotary tube cleaning machines with adjustable brushes or cutters for thorough cleaning.
